What is Top Executive (Asia) Ltd.?


HISTORY

Top Executive Group started with its first company, Top Secretary, in 1991. This was followed up by Top Executive in 1993. In the years since, the Group has evolved significantly, having partnered with various international recruitment groups and government agencies.

From 2004 to the present, the Group has diversified itself, both in terms of geography and in terms of shareholders, to optimize opportunities arising outside Hong Kong, particularly in Greater China, Southeast Asia and the Indian Subcontinent.

In 2006, the Group formed a strategic alliance with CE Consultants based in Paris, France, to provide services to European companies.

In late 2008, it was decided that Top Secretary Limited no longer fit the Groupís business model, and was in the process of being retired. In early 2009, the Group was forced to restructure its Hong Kong operations to accommodate the effects of the global recession.

As a result, Top Executive (Asia) Limited has been created in 2009 to address activities from Greater China to Southeast Asia in the areas of business and professional services, headhunting and recruitment.

Our driving ambition has been to create a well-distributed services platform to provide our Clients and end-to-end service.
