History
topexecutive was created in 1993 as an extension of our sister company topsecretary, founded in early 1991, to satisfy our Clients' needs for other types of skilled people. This gave our clients, who had dealt with us on a repeat basis, the comfort of dealing with someone whom they'd dealt with before and whom they’d trusted for placements possessing higher skill levels. We simply built on these achievements and are, thus, well into our 14th year of business as a Group.
