URGENT! Sales/ Business Development Associate - HK $18K plus commission
The ideal candidate should have:

• Selling outsourcing services to international companies based in Hong Kong
• Extensive experience and proven track record in direct sales
• Experience managing sales people is a major asset
• Native English speaker
• Able to work in an ethnically diverse environment
• Other language skills a bonus

• Must be an American citizen as the position requires frequent travel to the United States.
• Connections within U.S. law firms and investment banks is a critical advantage
• Entreprenuerial skills and attitude are a key quality
• Post-secondary education (HR degree a bonus)
• Experience in business development processes is essential
• Flawless written and spoken English are essential
• Work Experience in the Greater China Region
• Able to work in an ethnically diverse environment
• Ability to work independently

• The incumbent's key role would be to market to institutional customers for global products clearing and execution, i.e. CBOT, SGX etc.
• He/ She will help Singapore to seek inroads into the institutional derivatives market and the key would be to liaise with the Singapore Office to open accounts on behalf of the clients in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.
• His/her key role is business development and as such to solicit and get new accounts.

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline,
• Minimum 5 years experience in handling institution accounts with major brokerage houses,
• Familiar with Interest rates and Equity Products,
• Possess SFC Representative License i.e. Type 1 - Dealing in Securities,
• Must be honest and have initiative,
• Must be able to work independently.

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in engineering
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, native Cantonese
• Min. 3-5yrs sales experience in doors, locks, electronics or building services products
• Solid hands on experience in handling tender projects
• Frequent travel to PRC
