Selection Process...


Briefing
A comprehensive briefing will be elicited from you, the Client, which will describe the functions to be performed by the candidate as well as the overall objectives associated with the function including their integration into your organizational structure and corporate culture. We will then work with you and jointly establish an “ideal applicant” profile and skills test against which to empirically measure conformity / adherence.


Databases / File Search / Proactive Prospecting
A comprehensive search of our database as well as reference to daily file updates by our consultants will follow. If we don’t have them, we will actively pursue them. Candidates’ skills are evaluated against the job description and profile created by you and topexecutive. The right conceptual matches are made to form a Long List.


Interview
Our trained consultants conduct in - depth interviews with the candidates so as to determine which one(s) best satisfy your hiring criteria, academic and operational. Second or subsequent interviews then take place, as required by you.


Testing
To ensure that the referred candidates genuinely have the required qualities, as well as increase topexecutive’s exposure to them, we will utilize the testing method jointly agreed upon by you and us, and as mentioned earlier, and jointly evaluate the results with you upon submission of the Short List.


Reference Check
To verify the background information each applicant provides us, as well as to gain a better understanding of their character traits, loyalty and other qualities, when permitted (under the rules of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, or other applicable statute(s) in different jurisdictions) we will speak directly to their previous employers. In outsourcing arrangements, we shall submit a written report of our findings.


Selection
After completing a thorough screening and a full appraisal through the preceding steps, we shall be able to make the appropriate recommendation / selection or submit a Short List, and send the candidate to you for your consideration and for further interviewing.


After Placement Follow Up Feedback
Our topexecutive Consultant will then call you in order to determine your satisfaction with the candidate / applicant. If further action is required, our Consultant will continue to work with you to satisfy your requirements
