National Sales Director (Medical Device)
Our client, a U.S. based medical supply company that specializes in the manufacturing of single-use, disposable products for the imaging market, are looking for a National Sales Manager to be based in Shanghai.

Requirements

  • 5 years of increased responsibility in sales management experience selling with the medical device industry
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team
  • Strong experience working with and selling to imaging (MRI, CT, etc.) labs in China
  • Strong experience and understanding of the hospital tender process in China
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage and direct a sales team's efforts to maximize impact
  • Independant and self motivated
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Willing to be based in Shanghai
  • Pharmaceutical sales candidates will NOT be considered for the role. Must have medical hardware sales experience, ideally in imaging related products.
Responsibilities
  • Manage toward a goal of yielding significant revenue growth
  • Lead, direct and mentor sales team to meet quotas
  • Represent the company and be a leader
  • Develp new client relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Generate new business through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques
  • Work with doctors, clinical professionals and distributors to sell a complete line of single-use disposable products for the imaging market

  • Responsible for hiring, firing, training, and motivating the sales team
  • Will lead a team focused environment to manage the territory

Execution/Sales (BJ)- HK$40K - $60K
Our client, a leading provider of cloud-based platform that automates hundreds of supply chain processes on a global scale, across entire trade communities, is looking for an Execution Sales employee to be based in Hong Kong.

Requirements
  • Must have industry knowledge (Freight Forwarding or Carrier experience a must)
  • University degree (in Logistics/supply chain management is an advantage)
  • Must be willing to do some sales related travel
  • Willing to do inside and outside sales
  • Experience with Bookings and Shipping Instructions is preferred
  • Eperience and working experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
  • Excel, Word, Outlook and PPT skills required
  • Multi-lingual an advantage (Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean)
  • Organizational and planning skills required
  • Excellent telephone communication skills required
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible hours preferred (some evening hours and/or overnight travel)
  • General knowledge of EDI is a plus
  • Analytical skills desired
Responsibilities

Customer Focused:
  • Report analysis and planning
  • Customer and carrier training
  • Execution of rollout plans with customers/carriers and internally to gain 100% of volume potential across carriers
  • Coordinate and conduct, along with Management, Semi-annual reviews with key clients
  • Sales follow up on new customer potential
  • Key target account planning and execution
  • Develop and execute programs with integrated partners to build volumes
  • Liaise with Integration PM and carriers to ensure all carriers are set up for new SPARK clients to prepare for rollout
  • Contact customers regarding expanding carriers on platform
  • Send monthly volume reports to key 3PLís by division/region/office
  • Additional sales and service related activity
Carrier Focused:
  • Follow up with carrier on customer Booking and BLI issues
  • Analyze and send carrier regional monthly volume reports
  • Produce, analyze and send to carrier monthly Booking and BLI turn time reports (when available) and help develop program and score-carding to improve performance
  • Carrier training
  • Rollout Carrier Org Admin Program across all carriers
  • Execute carrier target program
  • Coordinate on-boarding of carrier target accounts
  • Coordinate and conduct, along with Management, Semi-annual reviews with key carriers
Internal Focused:
  • Review and analyze Ask Me report and other reports weekly for missing volumes and report status
  • Work with products team on enhancements/bugs that impact portal customers
  • Work with PSO team coordinating set up and rollout of key clients
  • Work with support team to follow up on issues beyond SLA of 2 hours or to provide CS assistance in areas outside of their expertise
  • Determine existing or new customers that require face to face visit due to volume potential based on report analysis

SE Asia Regional Sales Manager (Medical Device)
Our client, a U.S. based medical supply company that specializes in the manufacturing of single-use, disposable products for the imaging market, are looking for a National Sales Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in direct sales or channel sales experience within the imaging areas of hospitals (i.e. MRI, CT, etc.)
  • Proven history of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Past experience selling contract media, tubing, high pressure and low pressure syringes used in association with power injectors
  • Experience negotiating tenders and interfacing with the key decision makers in hospitals in Jakarta and Indonesia
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Role will eventually cover SE Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc) and Australia
  • Those exclusively in pharmaceutical/health supplement sales will not be considered for the role.
