PRC Lawyer/Manager - Neg.

An up and coming Hong Kong law firm is urgently looking to hire a PRC Lawyer/Manager to assist in the growing business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 year of post qualification experience handling corporate finance related transactions, particularly IPOs. Ideally, candidates will have solid experience managing a team of lawyers/supporting throughout transaction.

Candidates must have solid PRC corporate experience gained within the corporate practice of a reputable law firm. The firm will consider PRC qualified lawyers who are currently working as Paralegals in solid corporate practices. They must have excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin in order to be considered for the role.

The firm is prepared to offer an excellent remuneration including attractive bonuses and commissions.
