Selection Process...
1. SPECIFICATION PROCESS
A comprehensive briefing will be elicited from the client to ascertain the description of the job. This includes a detailed job specification as well as the overall objectives associated with the job function including the integration into the client's organizational structure and corporate culture. We will then work with the client and jointly establish an ideal candidate profile and skill tests, which are to empirically measured to conformity and adherence.

2. SEARCH PROCESS
A comprehensive search of our database as well as reference to daily file updates by our consultants will follow. Candidates’ skills are evaluated against the job profile and description created by the client and Top Executive.

3. INTERVIEW PROCESS
Top Executive Asia Ltd. consultants conduct an in - depth interview with the candidates so as to determine which one(s) best satisfy the client's hiring criteria, both academic and operational. Second or subsequent interviews then take place, as required by the client.

4. TESTING PROCESS
To ensure that the referred candidates genuinely have the required qualities, as well as increase Top Executive’s exposure to them, we will utilize the testing method jointly agreed upon by the client and us, and jointly evaluate the results with you upon submission of the short list.

5. SELECTION PROCESS
After completing a thorough screening and a full appraisal, we shall be able to make the appropriate recommendation / selection to the client. To verify the background information of each applicant, as well as to gain a better understanding of their character traits, loyalty and other qualities, when permitted (under the rules of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, or other applicable statute(s) in different jurisdictions) we will speak directly to their previous employers. In outsourcing arrangements, we shall submit a written report of our findings.

6. SUBMISSION / FEEDBACK PROCESS
Top Executive Asia Ltd. consultant will submit a short list of candidates to the client for their consideration and for further interviewing. We will then call the client in order to determine their satisfaction with the candidate / applicant. If further action is required, our consultant will continue to work to satisfy the requirements.
